Several weeks ago, Ike and I had the honor to meet Mr. Reza Mesgarlou. A Luxury Consultant from a Network Marketing company in Canada, Reza travelled far to be interviewed for Forward:The Network Marketing Movie.
When asked about the income potential that’s available within the industry, Reza replied with, “How much of this treasure do you want? It’s up to you…” The masses that get involved in the industry are generally looking to supplement their existing income, but the bigger numbers are open to everyone. “If you treat it like a hobby, you’re going to get hobby checks. If you treat it like a business, you’re going to get a business check,” said Reza.
When asked about the people he gets to work with, Reza absolutely lit up. Reza went on to talk about the “massive extended family” he has that “reaches all corners of the world.” One of the beauties of Network Marketing, Reza said, is that it gives people a “place to belong to.” It’s clear that the amazing sense of community people have the opportunity to experience in this industry is priceless.
One of the most influential topics Reza talked about during his interview, was when we asked him about the investment required to start a business within the Network Marketing industry. “Whether you’ve invested $100 ,$200, or $500, you need to treat it like you’ve invested $300,000,” Reza exclaimed. This is such an important point to make, because without a big investment, many people choose to quit before they allow themselves to truly get started.
Ike and I are so grateful to have met and interviewed Reza, and truly enjoyed witnessing his passion and the dedication he has to his Network Marketing family. Reza is another example of the extraordinary people we are meeting during the creation of this film.
