Simplify Me

AVAIYA is simplifying your access to a healthy life with our new film, Simplify Me.

Ande Anderson MS, RD, and Co-Owner of AVAIYA explores the positive steps that restaurants, grocery stores, organizations, schools, and everyday people are making to help guide the public back to simpler, more rewarding ways to feed our bodies.

Simplify Me sheds light not on what’s wrong in the world of food and nutrition, but what’s right. It highlights all the amazing advances being made when it comes to providing the public with healthier food choices.

As a nutrition professional trained at the renowned Bastyr University, Ande has found that while educating people on what foods to take away from their diets can be important, educating them on what foods to add and eat more of in their diets has a more lasting impact. Simplify Me explores the benefits of adding more natural, less processed foods to our diet, and sheds an uplifting light on those committed to making this transition.

Simplify Me features:

  • Einstein Bros Bagels
  • Whitewave Foods
  • Chef Ann Cooper - The Renegade Lunch Lady, who is currently revamping the entire Boulder Valley School District’s school lunch program
  • Rudi’s Organic Bakery
  • Mad Greens
